She is currently the Special Projects Manager for the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority's Substance Abuse Services Division where she monitors various state and federal grant projects and coordinadtes grants and research acitivities. =09 She has provided local, state, and national consultation and/or trainings in the areas of women's addiction, program development, and parenting. She has experience in the development of both gender-specific programs and grant applications. =09 Mrs. Farrell-Moore possesses an LCSW and has CSAC certification. She is past-Chair of the Commonwealth Partnership for Women and Children Affected by Substance Use and participates on many local workgroups related to women's substance use issues.
