Dear Colleague:

You can register at-the-door for NASW WV's 22nd Management Institute & Fall Conference next Thursday and Friday, September 25 & 26, 2008 at the Ramada Inn Conference Ceter, just off Exit 1 of I-68 in Morgantown.  Events begin at 8:30 each day, so arrive by 8:15 pm to register on site.  Plenty of seating remains.  The program offers up to 13.5 CE hours for WV licensed social workers. 

This conference will enhance the skills of managers & practitioners alike in dealing with an ever-changing, complex service environment. The Institute offers essential skills, techniques and best practices to improve programs, meet personnel challenges, collaborate effectively,and work creatively .

To Register: Complete a registration request for and bring it to the conference.  

ETHICS HOURS: The 3-hour ethics workshop on Friday afternoon applies to CE requirements for temporary license holders. 

Hotel Accommodations: The room block reservation expiration date has expired. Call 800 834-9766 to inquire if rooms are available. 

Continuing Education: Offers up to 13.5 hours for WV social workers (#490013) & CACs and 12.5 hours for OH social workers (#RSX100401). Workshops A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, J, K and L apply to the WVU Nonprofit Management Certificate Program.  Applications pending for WV Licensed Professional Counselors and Attorneys (MCLE).
