Coalfield Family Services a licensed behavioral health center located in Wayne, County, WV is looking to bring on additional staff to help cover the nearly 20 counties we serve in WV.

We need the following:

Family Support Workers: position requires a high school diploma or GED, and typically involves evenings and weekends work. Provider would be providing in-home supervision and supervise visits for children’s been involved in foster care or child and neglect cases. The provider sees clients in their home and in the community typically within 60 minutes of their own home.

Case Manager: this position requires a bachelors degree in a human service related field, such as psychology, criminal justice, social work, counseling, education, or similar. They will be doing the same services as a family support worker but in addition to that, they will also be teaching parenting classes, adult life skills, and linking clients that are involved with CPS and youth services cases to outside services. The provider sees clients in their home and in the community typically within 60 minutes of their own home. A bulk of the work is evenings and weekends, but there is some day work that can be done as it depends on the clients availability.

Therapist: we need both licensed and unlicensed therapist. This position requires a minimum of a masters degree in a human service related field, but social work is preferred. This position can be pretty much fully remote from your home through Telehealth.

Most of the work is 1099 which means considered self-employed, and contracted. 1099 means we do not pay in your taxes you pay in your own similar to an Uber driver or someone like that. Do you have the possibility of being a W-2 employee but there are additional restrictions added and lower pay since we pay taxes.

To apply or to inquire more please send a résumé to Danny Jude [log in to unmask]

Thanks,
Danny Jude, MSW, LICSW, CAMS-II
Owner and Psychotherapist
