Thomas Memorial Hospital Administrative Director Behavioral Health Services Thomas Memorial Hospital is currently seeking an Administrative Director for Behavioral Health Services. Minimum of a Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Field (Nursing, Psychology, Counseling or Social Work) required. Five years management experience in the mental health field (both inpatient and outpatient). Additional five years in the mental health/ chemical dependency fields for a total of ten years experience required. Experience in performance improvement programs, regulatory requirements and budgetary management. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be willing to speak in public. Position is primarily day shift with 24 hour responsibility.
