General Summary: Provide leadership and direction for the development,
implementation and evaluation of all current and any new programs and
services in the Chapter Territory. Responsible for supervision of all
Chapter program staff and volunteers.  Member of the Chapter Management
Team.

Education and Experience:  MSW and work experience in long term care
gerontology, or related field; 3 years experience in program
administration, needs assessment, program development, delivery,
management and evaluation; 3 years experience supervising professional
staff and volunteers; experience in creating and presenting training
curriculum; experience with strategic planning, budget development and
management; knowledge concerning healthcare delivery systems such as
Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, HMO’s, long-term care insurance, etc.;
proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Power
Point.

Salary - $40,000
