West Virginia University is proud to announce that the IRS will be
offering a one day workshop in Morgantown, WV to present topics of
interest to Small and Mid-Sized Tax-Exempt Organizations.
This conference, on April 16th at the new Erickson Alumni Center on
the
WVU campus, will be held from 8:45AM-4PM.  Registration and a 
continental breakfast starts at 8:00 AM-8:45.  It is a one day,
concise,
information filled presentation covering topics of Unrelated Business
Income, Employment Issues, and select line items from the NEW 990 Tax
Form. The Registration Fee is $50.00, and this will include a
buffet-style lunch. 

The IRS will be discussing the NEW 990 Form that is required to be
filed by many small to mid-sized nonprofit organizations in the coming
year.  This new form requires more information gathering, monitoring,
and reporting for your organization, and this is the first time the
IRS
will be presenting in West Virginia.
Anyone that is involved in non-profit organizations, especially Board
Members, Executive Directors, Attorneys, Accountants, Students, and
Volunteers should attend this great learning opportunity.
