	Call for Proposals 

	35th Annual National Institute on Social Work & Human Services
in Rural Areas

	July 14-17 2010, Presque Isle, Maine

	 

	Please submit proposals for presentations, workshops and poster
sessions to [log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> .  Proposals
that address the conference theme of relationships, resources and
resiliency will receive first consideration.  Proposals from
practitioners are especially encouraged.  The deadline for receipt of
proposals is April 15, 2010.

	Format for Proposals:

	Title:  [12 words]

	Primary presenter with contact information

	Secondary presenters [notified by the primary presenter]

	Abstract:  75 word summary of proposal

	Learning objectives:   3 to 5 objectives related to what
participants will learn 

	Proposal for presentation:  250 word description of proposal

	Type of Presentation:

	______Paper presentation:   [30 minute paired presentation]

	______Poster:  Electronic or paper poster

	______Workshop:  60-90 minute presentation 

	One page vitae for primary presenter

	Call for proposals closes April 15th.    Those submitting
proposals will be notified by the first week in May.
