Hospice Social Work Position:  Full time and/or Part time and/or
weekend Per Diem

Providing psychosocial services in an interdisciplinary team setting. 
Some on-call duties expected.  Provision of services will encompass home
care and in-patient care (Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House).  Skills
needed include assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, advocacy,
and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   

Full time position is 40 hours per week while part time expectation is
expected to be 48 hours per 2 week pay period with an alternating
schedule.  Per diem would be weekend on-call duties. (Friday evening 
thru Monday morning)


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

MSW or BSW with appropriate proof of  OH and WV Social Work licensure.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a health care setting.
Evidence of clinical experience and skills pertinent to assessing and
counseling individuals.
Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable
transportation.
