The National Council For Adoption Infant Adoption Awareness Training
April 12th and 13th
Romney, West Virginia
The training is sponsored by the National Council For Adoption and
provides the attendees with the materials and tools to address the
issues surrounding infant adoption and other adoption related issues.
Materials include, handbook, FACT book, brochures, publications, pad
folio’s and pens. The training is designed to incorporate videos,
power point presentation, guest speakers, and overview of WV Adoption
law, inter-active exercises and evaluation.
The training begins on Monday morning with registration starting at
8am. The attendees are welcome to stay at the South Branch Inn located
in Romney, adjacent to the Hampshire Square shopping center/ mall area
behind the CVS. You may arrive Sunday night and stay at the hotel at
no charge both Sunday and Monday nights. The training ends at 4pm on
Tuesday. Breakfast and Lunch are provided each day. Approximately 5-6
weeks after the training you will receive a $50.00 stipend to cover any
evening meals or other expenses you may have had.

When you register you can select to stay at the hotel and the
reservation will be made for you by the National Council for Adoption.

Please be advised if you register and cannot attend you must contact
the NCFA to cancel your room reservation to avoid being billed for not
showing up. Otherwise your hotel reservation and meals are covered by
the NCFA.
