The Grove, Upshur Parish House and CARE-NET (a ministry of the West Virginia Council of Churches) will provide a one-day seminar presenting  ways in which church leaders and faith groups may create communities of welcome, understanding, and patience for returning veterans and their loved ones.  This seminar will cover the following topics:  Today's Warrior, Wounds That Never Heal, Impact of War on Loved Ones, Resources for Veterans and Loved Ones, Holy Listening, and What the Church Can Do.
