POSITION: MID-LEVEL MANAGEMENT
LOCATION: 1422 KANAWHA BLVD., E., CHARLESTON, WV - MAIN OFFICE
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will assist with a wide range of
administrative efforts, special projects and other duties as assigned by
the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s Degree and MSW preferred.
5 years administrative and management experience.
Non-profit child welfare experience preferred.
Demonstrated competencies in key areas of management and organizational
administration including: strategic planning, project management,
marketing, program development and child welfare policy and practice.
Demonstrated communication, leadership and collaborative skills.
Frequent travel Statewide.
Demonstrated skills in computer literacy.
