The Region 8 Planning and Development Council, on behalf of the Upper Potomac Area Agency on Aging, is seeking a full-time social worker or registered nurse for the position of Resource Counselor.   The position requires a current West Virginia social work license or West Virginia registered nurse license.  This Resource Counselor will assist seniors and persons with disabilities locate and apply for those services that most suit their independent living and long-term care needs.  The Resource Counselor may be based out of Wood, Wirt, Richie or Pleasants Counties, site undetermined.  Fringe benefits include health insurance, retirement, and vacation and sick leave.
