WV Mountain AIRS' annual meeting will be held in Parkersburg on November 19 
at the Emanuel Baptist Church from 10 - 1:30.  We will be offering the CIRS 
(Certified Information and Referral Specialist) and CRS (Certified Resource 
Specialist) testing from 2 - 4 that same afternoon.
 
Anyone working in an I&R field is eligible for AIRS membership and 
certification.  The application must be into the AIRS office 30 days prior to the
