In Touch And Concerned Seeks Board Members

Morgantown, WV, September 28, 2009

In Touch and Concerned is currently seeking dedicated and responsible
individuals to join its Board of Directors. Joining a non-profit board is a
fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to the local community.
As a board member at In Touch and Concerned you will have the opportunity to
serve seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Monongalia and
Preston county community by working with a team to help design
organizational policy and organize fund-raisers amongst other tasks.

Board members will be expected to attend regular meetings, participate in
organizational policy making, assist in fund-raising projects, and assist in
budget management. It is important that members are dedicated, hard-working,
and committed to the goals and objectives of In Touch and Concerned.

In Touch and Concerned (ITAC) is a non-profit agency that assists adults
with disabilities and the elderly in maintaining the highest level of
independence while assuring their health and well-being. ITAC, a United Way
Agency, provides a unique combination of telephone reassurance calls,
transportation, a senior companion program, information referrals, and minor
home repairs. Currently, we serve over 400 clients, a number which is
increasing weekly, often daily. ITAC has provided these services free of
charge since 1971.

If you would like more information, or to apply, please contact Valerie Hose
Romec by phone at 304-296-6109 or by email at [log in to unmask]
