Fall 2009 Course
Mondays, 9:00am-12:00nn
Oct. 5th-Nov. 23rd

Memory Minders is an introductory early memory loss course for people
with mild memory challenges. The upbeat 8-week course will include
mental group exercise, mild physical activity, educational instruction,
light homework, and review of assignments.

The classes will utilize lecture time, socialization, a variety of
exercise, and the development of new skills to slow the process of
memory loss in those currently diagnosed with memory-affecting diseases.
These skills can help lower the risk of developing such diseases in
those who are at higher risk.
