Our professional training programs guide you through the process of
working through any conflict—from every day interactions to more
serious disagreements.

organizations.

þ  Conflict Resolution Training

 

Description: The Conflict Resolution Training assists participants in
developing fundamental skills for working with conflict and is a
prerequisite for the Mediation Training.  The workshop is grounded in
experiential learning and includes lecture, discussion, exercises and
skills practice. (Full attendance required for certificate.)

Dates/Times: September 30, October 7, 14, 28, and November 4, 2009,
6:00 PM—9:00 PM

Total Hours: 15
