Position Announcement

The Appalachian Area Agency on Aging, a private non-profit agency, is looking for an enthusiastic multi- tasker to fill the position of Resource Counselor.   The Resource Counselor will provide services for an 11 county region in North East WV.  The position will be housed in Fairmont WV at the Aging and Disability Resource Center in the Middletown Mall. The successful candidate must be a WV Licensed Social Worker or have related social work experience and have a working knowledge of resources in the region. Position requires willingness to travel, a valid WV drivers license, automobile, automobile insurance and computer skills as relative to the position.  

Salary range is from $24,500 to $25,000
