Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services of CVVC has an answer!  Our
professional training programs guide you through the process of working
through any conflict—from every day interactions to more serious
disagreements. 

We help you to learn skills that are applicable personally and
professionally!  We work with individuals, businesses and non-profit
organizations.

þ  Conflict Resolution Training

 

Description: The Conflict Resolution Training assists participants in
developing fundamental skills for working with conflict and is a
prerequisite for the Mediation Training.  The workshop is grounded in
experiential learning and includes lecture, discussion, exercises and
skills practice. (Full attendance required for certificate.)

Dates/Times: August 3, and 4, 2009, 8:30 AM—5:00 PM

Description: Most of our life is spent either navigating or negotiating
the conflicts that cross our paths.

This class teaches you a model of mediation that is used by
professional mediators but is applicable to every day interactions. 
Learn techniques that promote healthy conversation and support
individuals in their decisions on how to best cope with conflict and
disagreements.  (Full attendance required for certificate and Conflict
Resolution training is a prerequisite for this class.)

Dates/Times: August 5, 6, and 7, 2009. 8:00 AM—5:00 PM

Total Hours: 24
