A progressive consulting firm in Charleston, WV is seeking to hire two
experienced MSWs to aid in child welfare training activities related to
Title IV-E. The full-time, temporary positions will range from a period
of one year to a maximum of three years. Staff will be located in
downtown Charleston, but the ability to travel statewide will be
required. The positions provide an excellent earning potential; salary
will correspond with experience and qualifications.
Position one requires an individual with a Master’s Degree in Social
Work and five years experience in public child welfare, including at
least two years of post-MSW practice experience in child welfare;
certification in instructional design; and two years of experience in
training methodology and evaluation methods.
Position two requires an individual with a Master’s Degree in Social
Work and five years experience in child welfare, including two years
experience working with Social Work Higher Education; two years of
post-MSW practice experience in child welfare; three years experience
with facilitation, program planning and development, and negotiation
related to child welfare; and demonstrated knowledge of Title IVE
regulations, funding, and resources related to public child welfare
training.
