General Summary - Responsible for the general operations of the designated
Regional Office and for carrying out the implementation of the Chapter's
strategic and operational plans at the Regional level.  Regional duties
include the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the services,
programs and fund development provided in the Regional Office service area
and in marketing chapter services in the region.
