The West Virginia Commission for National and Community Service in
partnership with the Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation is pleased to offer a
'Grantwriting Basics' training.

The training will take place April 8-11 at the Charleston Area Alliance,
1116 Smith Street in Charleston.

This four-day workshop will provide participants an interactive session to
learn the basics of: writing a grant proposal.  The workshop addresses the
components of a good grant proposal, where to finding funding sources, and
how to make an application. There is no cost for this capacity building
training, but participation is limited to 40 participants who are affiliated
with a charitable organization. Only one person per organization will be
accepted.

The registration form is attached. Registrations must be received by March
21.
