The RCS will be part of the Northern West Virginia Treatment Foster Care program and will be responsible for recruitment, screening, training, and certification of Treatment Foster Care parents. The RCS is responsible for supplying the respective programs with sufficient numbers of quality families to meet the needs of the children in care. The successful candidate will be creative in their approach to recruitment, exhibit an ability to quickly establish a social rapport with incoming families, demonstrate problem solving skills and use their ability to motivate self and others. Candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Candidate must maintain a flexible work schedule and be available for evenings and weekends.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree, TLSW or LSW required, valid drivers license, reliable transportation for travel in program area, and appropriate clearances.
