LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL:  Full-time dayshift position for a
Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor available at the
Allegany Co. Health Dept.  Weekends and holidays off.  Maryland State
Employment benefits include: holidays, personal leave, annual leave,

DUTIES: Provide specialized mobile treatment services throughout
Allegany County to patients in their homes 4 days per week; provide
diagnostic psychiatric evaluations, individual/family therapy sessions,
and treatment coordination; obtain authorizations and prepare treatment
plans.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Possession of one of the following Maryland
licenses:  LCSW, LCSW-C, or LCPC.  A current valid driver’s license
with fewer than 6 points is required.
