Situational Leadership/A Powerful Model with Powerful Results
Situational Leadership is one of the most successful day-to-day supervision models for developing people over time. Designed for every level of management, this training shows leaders how to assess an employee's development needs and determine the appropriate matching leadership style.
Situational Leadership provides a defined process for leaders to help others become increasingly self-motivated and self-directed by focusing on three core skills:
Flexibility - the ability to engage in a variety of leadership behaviors and styles comfortably.
