     MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATE—Full-time contractual position; no
benefits. Schedule generally dayshift, Monday-Friday. DUTIES: Provide
case management services to children/adults (and their families)
struggling with mental illness. Make home visits, transport clients,
assist clients in accessing community resources as needed. Assist
clients in developing needed skills; make regular contact to encourage
follow through with services. Interact with public and private
providers; follow documentation requirements. Participate in conferences
with professionals. Engage in on-going training opportunities. Minimum
qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred;
Associate’s degree in a human service field considered. Experience in
mental health treatment field preferred. Education program must have
included at least 9 credit hours in psychology, including abnormal
psychology, OR a supervised practicum providing services to individuals
with mental illness. Transcripts are required. Must have current
driver’s license; copy of driving record required. How to apply:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a human service field
                                                      preferred.
Associate’s degree in a human service field considered. Experience in
mental health treatment field preferred.

NOTE: The education program must have included at least 9 credit hours
in psychology, including abnormal psychology, OR a supervised practicum
providing services to individuals with mental illness. Transcripts are
required.

Must possess current valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
 Copy of driving record is required.

SALARY: $12.10 per hour; no benefits.
  
HOURS: Full-time; mostly dayshift; no work on weekends or holidays.
