Social Services Director
The successful candidate will be customer-focused and have a bachelor's or master's degree in social services or a related field with the state required license/certification. The director leads and directs the social services functions for residents, patients, and family members including, but not limited to, care planning, admissions, and acting as a center liaison for these services.
