Good Afternoon Everyone,

 

I am very happy to be bringing you information on an upcoming training called
"Supporting the Children and Families of Guard and Reserve Institute."  The
dates have been set for December 4 and 5, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Charleston
House on Kanawha Blvd in Charleston, from 8:30-4.  The training, hosted by
the Military Child Education Coalition, includes two continental breakfasts,
two lunches, two break refreshments and conference materials, and the best
part...it's FREE!  (CEU's are offered and there is a charge for those)

 

The Institute is designed for school counselors, administrators, other school
personnel, social workers, and family support personnel of the National Guard
and Reserves.  The training purpose is to help to understand the unique
challenges faced by children and families of members of the National Guard
and Reserves especially during times of deployment. 

 

The deadline to register is November, 16, 2007 and you may use the
registration form attached here and fax it to Linda Neault at 254-953-1925 or

attached the brochure that gives more details to the Institute.
