Trainer/Consultant
Description The Trainer/Consultant is a field based staff responsible
for 
providing on-site consultative reviews, desk audits, reports of
findings and 
service specific or utilization management training for providers.
Other duties 
include conducting statewide, regional and on-site training as needed
and 
consulting with APS staff to train, assist and develop materials to
ensure quality 
service delivery and utilization management.

Education   Master's degree and active WV clinical license in Social
Work, 
Psychology, Counseling, or RN with psychiatric service background.   

Experience  3+ years clinical experience in a psychiatric, substance
abuse or 
developmental disability setting. Experience in West Virginia health
and 
human service system desired. Basic computer skills required.
