We are pleased to announce the first workshop for this upcoming season. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Gene Makela of the WVU Schools of Pharmacy and Medicine to discuss "What to Know about Your Patients' Psychotropic Medications." Social workers and counselors are often called upon to identify and monitor patient symptoms and side effects while on various psychotropic drugs. How you address these symptoms/side effects could determine patient outcome depending on your course of action.

This workshop offers 7.5 CEUs for Social Workers and 7 CEUs for Licensed Professional Counselors. A discount is available for WVU students. Contact us for more info. Please help us get out the word. Attached is a flyer for your convenience.

Welcome to the new Fall/Winter 2007 season and happy learning!
